CLEVELAND – The Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP) announced today that Megan Kim has been named the executive director of their small business program, the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE).
“We are thrilled that Megan Kim has accepted the position of executive director,” said John Young, President of Speed Exterminating and Chair of the COSE Board of Advisors, “She has been an integral part of COSE for the last 13 years and will continue to advance the interests of the small business community in her new role.”
Currently Senior Vice President of Membership Development and Marketing at the GCP, Kim has been with the organization since 2005. In this role, she manages overall operations and strategic planning in the areas of membership development and retention, marketing and communications, advertising and sponsorship, and events and program management. In this capacity, she works to ensure the organization brings benefit and value to the GCP’s diverse membership segments ranging from entrepreneurs and small businesses to middle-market companies and the largest corporations in Northeast Ohio. She will retain this role and continue reporting to president and CEO, Joe Roman, adding the COSE Executive Director responsibilities to her portfolio.
